Me and my friend (both on ps5) are struggling to queue cus of “you and all party members must be in same competitive pool gng” like tf?

Were both on ps5, my friend sometimes switches do keyboard nd mouse, idk if that can interfiere with the qeueing

Anyone know sumn?
