long form video editor needed

I have been looking for some long form video editors who would be willing to work on long term projects. I am going to reach out to a quite a lot creators and I need some editors who understand storytelling and the youtube algorithm and structure. Right now the exaples I am posting are only related to gaming content but I will also be requiring editors who could edit long form irl content, more than just fast cuts but actually understanding what would make the video stand out more and make the viewer retention high.
