Theresa Conception explains why she firmly believes Blake settled. This is her opinion only - there is no evidence that 100m was spent.

  1. The judge's decision on MJOP was due this week in WFP's favour. She was going to lose FEHA. She gets to save face by settling now.
  2. All bullying was going to be on display during the trial, including Nicepool & Kjersti. The judge allowed it in, and the stipulation meant she couldn't spend days spinning baseless SH claims.
  3. The incriminating drop of evidence on Friday showed that Ryan was really behind all of this, editing the film, etc., and is completely batshit bonkers. (and Blake allegedly committed perjury)
  4. The trial was going to be career-ending for both Ryan Reynolds and Blake.
  5. Justin Baldoni had no financial need to settle with her due to WFP's incredible strength in this case
  6. Taylor Swift (jokingly) said my next 16 albums about this case and Disney will be on Ryan's ass.

The language in the statement is consistent with the stipulation and allows Blake to play the victim card one more time. Blake will never admit anything. Lawyers worked all weekend to iron this out. NDA's will have been drawn.

She does a series of long videos about why she believes this, but this starts a few minutes in, and she covers this in the first 20 mins... I didn't watch the whole video.

IMO there never was any SH or retaliation, and this is why it also could not go to trial.

Katy covers the conversation around the ratings and how Justin's cut scored higher than Blake's (Ryans). Ange says, "Josh and I had a long call with Blake and Ryan." and then says "She (Ryan) said" what can be kept in or reinstated. She and Ryan planned to call back the next day.

I know this has been covered a lot... but Katy's angle just highlights how much Ryan was involved in the film from writing, to editing, to his team on board - Editing/Composers, and marketing. Is the PGA letter even true?!

What the heck was Deadpool with the same schtick doing rewriting and editing a film about DV? The same person who did that awful marketing with his mum and Hugh wearing the bully team jumpers. The same person who ruined the film's marketing.

The only silver lining here is that it must have really p1ssed off Ryan that Justin's cut scored better. So much for not listening to women, or faux feminism or whatever Blake and her lawyers are peddling these days.

My opinion, based on Katy's theories and the evidence shown so far.

Elder Ordonez / SplashNews.com / Shutterstock leaked photos from the set and generated several articles and commentary around casting (people did not want Blake Lively in the part), age (they felt she was too old) and there was a lot of chat about her weight, describing her as frumpy and matronly.

Here are some of the articles about Blake's casting and outfits, and Faux Moi commentary included

  • “does the wardrobe team hate her?”
  • "These are the kind of outfits my friend would see me in, and gently ask if everything was okay."
  • "Fr I want to know what Blake did to make costume hate her this much"
  • "Not even going to lie, have a sister who suddenly went into a manic episode after quitting drinking in her mid 40s and the outfits and unkempt hair were the first sign."
  • "It’s giving middle-aged mom who decided to start dressing like Haley Lu Richardson’s character in White Lotus"
  • "It’s wild to me that she is supposed to be playing a 23-year-old, but the styling (hair, makeup, clothes) all make her look 45. What is going on lol"
  • "Colleen Hoover is such a terrible, godawful writer, I’ll be boycotting this movie out of spite. It ends with me."

Sony was concerned about the backlash and about the film not being sexy enough, so Justin had to speak to Blake about it, and, out of empathy, he cried... hence the "no more crying" in her trailer.

IMO, she could not accept this backlash, so she projected all her insecurities onto Justin and blamed him for how she felt. And this is reflected in the 17-point list and what Lesley Sloan was peddling in August 2024 - SH was not mentioned (as per JV), but fat shaming was. Same with Nicepool. It was all petty vindictiveness. You can see from Jamey's timeline (last slide) that she was happy with Justin until those photos were leaked and he had to speak to her about it.

The CRD was used to cancel Justin after he had to hire a crisis agency because she undermined and bullied him on set and in Nicepool, and took over the movie. She cancelled herself by excluding Justin from the premiere and hawking her shampoo and booze, and then Kjersti was the final nail in the coffin because people knew there had been a problem and sided with an extremely unproblematic Justin, not Blake, who had a history of being unpleasant. The CRD redeemed her for a day or two... and then the truth was revealed.

The power grab is separate and more about how Ryan and Blake operate. Blake, in my opinion, was copying her dysfunctional husband, together with her ego desiring more after Anna Kendrick and Scarlett Johansson's directing debut announcements happening summer 2023, the latter with WFP, plus her fury of having to work on a film directed and acted in by an unknown who had to tell her she was deemed frumpy and old by the public. She also wanted to be the next Reese, with an IP that had lots of opportunities like Deadpool.

The above is my opinion based on what I have read and watched. Apologies if it's rehashing previous theories.

Modash Fake Follwer Platform

During yesterday's hearing, Blake's lawyers said she had 40m followers and that's why her brands should have been successful.

Two things here. 1) If her followers are loyal, they will forgive any mistakes. 2) She does not have 40m followers, according to Modash, Blake has 24.8m real followers, the rest are fake, suspicious, bots and influencers. If you then take her current engagement which is only 0.44% at present, that leaves us with109,120 not as claimed 40m.... then you have to take into account male vs female, her target audience for the shampoo which might be a certain age and those who are in the market for her shampoo as well as location.... do these 109k have access to her shampoo or alcohol brands?

These sweeping statements made by her lawyers are extremely misleading.

Edit: need to point out that the .44% engagement may include the fake followers and bots etc.
