Hello. I’m 3.5 yesrs post partum of my last of 3 kids. I STILL look 6 months pregnant and I hold my bulge up high. I have a skin fold/apron down below but it’s the up high bulge that just gets me. I even did resistance training and cardio solid for like 8 months and didn’t see any improvement. I’ve recently had a CT on my stomach for other things so it’s nothing of worry. SOS. I’ll put a picture in the comments.
