I’m gonna have the burger, sorry
Monday through Friday is spent working out and eating 1550 calories max. The only way I don’t end up losing my mind is by pigging out on weekends. It’s the best way to stay sane as someone recovering from a binge eating disorder. The burger is less tempting if I just allow myself to have it. Does anyone else do something similar? Does it cause any problems?
