Smokybrown sighting - should I worry/do anything?
Hello,
I live in Florida and today saw a HUGE Smokybrown roach in the bathroom. Was an adult with wings and did try to fly lol. I haven’t seen evidence of anything else, and I do have glue traps out in my bathroom and kitchen due to dealing with a severe German roach infestation in my previous place. I am super anxious about roaches considering the previously mentioned situation.. I did see a Smokybrown nymph on a trap many months ago but no adults ever.
My thing is: is this any cause for worry? I’m not sure how it got in, but I am going out of town starting next Wednesday and am trying to figure out if there is anything I should do to prevent an infestation of these. Thank you!
Edit: I did get some MaxForce granular bait as per the "Large Roaches" sticky. I am a little worried this will bring outside roaches into my living space. Any advice/experiences with this?
