Hi guys,

I have been using my mobile realme 8 5g for the past 4 years, I bought it in 2021 and it's been working properly.

The charging capability is good and the usage of mobile storage is less than 80%.

It is working properly with no problems of lagging or anything.

But recently I have been facing a new issue for the past 4 days the mobile is randomly getting switch off and I need to long press my lock button to turn it on.

Does anyone have any idea of why this is happening?
