My iPad is still stuck on this screen. Its been 12 hours. I've tried the stuff on the apple website. It wont respond to any touches on the screen. PLEASE HELP. I use it for art commissions and im actively losing money as its not working.

Idk what to do, can someone help me. It's been stuck on this screen for an hour.

I'm trying to transfer my switch 1 data to my switch 2. But they've been stuck on these two screens. I don't know what to do and I can't reset my switch 1 or even turn it off. Someone please help.
