I am ADHD with OCD , I take concerta 18 gram which hits its peak after 6 hrs of taking it, after few weeks my exams will start(those exams will determine my future in my country) so i need to hit the peak of concerta during the exams which starts at early morning.

I asked the doctor and she said I can take it before sleeping but her tone was not certain so I searched and found its not likely to take concerta at night

Note: I can focus very well after the peak though but I found myself distracted at the morning before the peak.
