hi guys, I've been running for around a month this year, (after eid), and for 3 months in previous year. I usually run 5-10km on avg 4 times a week and sometimes on more days. Basically my goal is to lose weight.

Now from a few days I've been experiencing cramps in my calves and ankles during running which makes me stop and sit for a few minutes and only then i can get up and run again but again after a while I get them again and sit back. I wouldn't have this last year, and I'm using the same shoes so I'm not sure if it's because of the shoes. What else could be the reason and how can i get rid of them / recover from them?
