A vent.

I literally can't sleep. I keep trying every technique. And I just can't shut down. It's 5:30am. I have been awake all night, and I promised my daughter we would go pottery painting today. But, I can't sleep, and on the verge of breaking down. I'm so tired. Why can't I sleep!!?
