If anyone is looking to stay in Champaign (or knows someone who’s looking) for the summer, my apartment will be available for May 18-July 31. My leasing company allows a lease switch, so you’d be able to have a direct, 3-month lease. It’s $730/month with all utilities included, at 2nd and Chalmers, 4 blocks from LER, 3 blocks from Green St. Any previous maintenance issues have been diligently and thoroughly resolved, and it’s a renovated unit.
