I got an unjustified system ban for verbal abuse

Hello dear FACEIT community,
Today during a FACEIT match my team mass-reported me because they didn’t like playing with me. After the match I see that the system banned me for verbal abuse, but from a match three days ago.
Out of curiosity I watched the entire demo from the game and the only vulgar words that were said in that match were the following:
"WHAT A FUCKING BOT POSITION OF THAT GUY ON MAIN ROOF"
The context of this situation is the end of a round on Nuke and searching for the last enemy player who was saving his weapon. In the last second I saw him under the stairs on the roof of lobby and I shouted this while laughing with my teammates.
I cannot believe that your system issues bans without context and that it is not verified by a human.
