DOT and the Mayor are asking the state to give them the power to mandate ISA devices for extreme repeat offenders.

It sounds like the assembly is again slow to come around on good policy. We need to organize to call our state reps to do the right thing. It’s in the home stretch, the governor and senate support it, so just need the assembly to come on board before the budget is finalized.
