Does Wealth Management give good connections?

I am a teenager looking to pursue a career in finance. My grandpa was a very high role(not sure what the offical word is called) at goldman in I believe investment banking. He is now a very successful private investor. I want to be like him eventually(a private investor)however he said investment banking was the worst part of his life with the hours, workload etc. I am lucky enough to be able to be given some capital and connections from him however I don't want to be given everything. Is wealth management a good opportunity for me if I want a good work life balance aswell as connections? Sorry if things I said do not make sense as I am only 16.

I am writing this out of pure anger right now because of my dads stupid disciplinary actions. My school blatently lied about stuff me and my friends did and I received a DETENTION. While the dean called my friends dads they told them what actually happened and their dads defended them. However my dad does not respect me at all and never believes anything I say no matter what. My dad does well for our family and we are fortunate enough to be in a good position in life and he used to get suspended all the time. I see my girlfriend once or twice a week(my parents are divorced and me and my gf live in seperate states) and he's telling my mom i should not be allowed to see my girlfriend anymore untik my behavior changes. Keep in mind this is the first time I have EVER gotten a detention in my life. For all you parents here before I say this I don't want to here you guys say it's not real because to me it is real but I am in love with my girlfriend we have been dating since freshman year. I can't drive alone yet and her mom doesnt let her drive in big cities so I have to rely on the train to see her every weekend. Sorry for the rant but the main point is how can I resolve this. My dad has never respected me or treated me with any kindness. Yes sometimes we have fun together but he's always making rude and mean remarks. I'm getting close to my breaking point and I just don't know what to do I seriously am starting to dislike my dad he's trying to take away one of the people in my life that make me the happiest. So to all my parents(and kids in a similar position to me) what should I do?

I just started my workouts, and my people have suggested 2x failure. The reason people have said this to me is because it makes you work the hardest and you get progressive overload. Is this correct?

I made a post here a week ago and i've been following what you guys said. To sum it up, the majority of the advice I got was to eat like a savage. I am very skinny (115, 5'7-5'8 16 yr old) I've been eating whatever and making sure to get my protein in and lifting. The only questions I have is am I bulking correctly and how should I make sure I am in a surplus?
