100.8 250% clocked reactors for my 100% Uranium usage plant.

I also found a clever way to control the entire plant. Each bank of reactors has a row of water extractors I put each row on a power switch so I can remotely control how much of the plant is functional just by turning off the water. Still troubleshooting the waste processing so its nice to be able to ramp down the waste output until I have the processing handled.
