I am a very severe PSSD case with confirmed SFN. The SFN itself got so bad over the years that I not only have pain in my penis 24/7 but also my whole body got numb in year 4 and everything hurts. I get flashes of burning all the time.

As these Symptoms are even worse than typical PSSD symptoms, I want to know if there is an explanation why many PFS und PSSD guys get severe SFN or if maybe that’s the explanation for numb genitals als well.

I was diagnosed with skin biobsy and I am on IVIG for 1,5 years. It made the pain a little better, but that is basically it.

If the theories explains this mechanism it would maybe open ways to treat this part isolated?
