I ordered replacement batteries for my Fairbuds on March 29, 2026.

By April 29, the order was still marked as completed on the Fairphone website, while the order form still showed “in preparation.” I was expecting an email when the package was shipped, as is the case with most sellers, but nothing arrived. When I checked the UPS tracking, I discovered that my package had actually been waiting for me since April 1.

I think Fairphone should rethink its shipping method and, above all, its order tracking. The “in preparation” status is misleading if it does not reflect the actual situation, and it should also clearly show when a package is on its way or available at a pickup point. For more than €10 for home delivery, one can expect better.
