Does anybody know of any AI that will create a beautiful pdf like the one I have attached? I tried tweaking the prompt in chatgpt and gemini but to no avail. They just don't understand what I want and keep acting like idiots

I got a prompt to create that one page which is so visually appealing. But they just cant generate a pdf that is a complete notes on the subject in the same way
