Personal Grail acquired. Pre-concert first printing poster for the very first shows by The Band as The Band. 9 months after releasing Music From Big Pink, they finally played their first concerts at Winterland in San Francisco.
The shows are legendary. The Band is one of my all time favorite bands and this has been a huge want for me. I’d have settled for a halfway decent copy, but this one is in beautiful near mint condition. Gonna frame it up soon.
