Another Moc Toe Sizing Question
Just got these JG Barefoot Moc Toes in. I'm terrible at getting the correct size, even though I've worn boots most of my life. Probably overthinking this one.
The balls of my feet seem to line up pretty well, but my left toe sits right at the edge of the seam. Measuring with a ruler, I have about 1/2" to the tip of the moccasin. My right foot is a little shorter. Everything else about them feels really good, like wearing gloves, just has a hint of heel slip.
I can't feel the front of the boots with my toes, but should I size up because of where my toe sits?
Fingernail shows where my toes end and my ball is in between the two fingers in the photos.
These are 11's. I will say that I have a pair of Red Wing 1907's in 10.5EE and they are quite a bit longer, but tighter width wise and somewhat painful because of the Ridgid low height toe box, but also sloppy loose in other ways. Just a poor fit altogether. These Jim Greens do not feel sloppy and I want to avoid that feeling.
