I've never been into fashion before, I've always just bought what's functional and fits. Mainly because I didn't care and I didn't like spending money (still don't). Can anyone recommend someplace I can get casual shorts or pants that won't break the bank? Preferably more baggy, I was thinking of cargo for pants.

I've also no idea what does and doesn't work for me and my looks/body type, so any advice on that would be appreciated. Totally new to this stuff so try not to flame me!
