First time homebuyer looking to raise my children here and probably stay through our senior years. The floor plan is nice (just one set of stairs), area is convenient, but I’m wondering if the price is reasonable? Looking at recently sold comps in the same community, this one tops the last sold by a fairly large margin (last sold for 965k in April for the same floor plan). Square footage also seems to be wrong at 1665 sq ft? When this unit was last sold, sq footage was listed as 1565 sq ft. Not sure where the extra 100 sq ft came from. Looking for all the advice I can get. Thanks!
