So, my fps keep dropping to 5 and 10 for a short patch of time—after every few seconds. like, I have already capped it to 65 and yet this happens.
My laptop is potato, gtx 1650 but I heard it ain't this bad on other 1650s.

the main point is whenever I plug out it runs smoothly while when plugged I experience these drops. I tried things like running as admin and closing out other processes but still no fix. I have also set both amd and nvdia profiles to performance only
