Great customer service - but can't activate outside US
Tello looks great, and I would've been very happy had I been able to activate. Unfortunately because I'm not currently in the US, I was unable to activate my new eSIM, and so had to call and get a refund. Very disappointed as my US Bank that I've been with for years is making it harder and harder for me to do business with them without a US mobile number.
