Hello guys!

27M here, never had issues with my hair before.

Last month when I went to the barber he discovered a little spot on my head that was missing hair, it was really little, like the nail on my littlefinger.

I was like ok, I must have hit my head or something, it will grow back. I totally forgot about it, BUT

yesterday I went to the barber again and my head looks like this. Anyone know what could it be or what should I do? All the dermatologist I could find is totally booked for atleast a month.
