can i deal with this without bait?
there are a lot of ants at my desk. i'm not sure where they're coming from nor what type of ant they are. i haven't seen them anywhere except my room which is on the second story. i have a carpeted floor, so i never see them on the floor. all i know is i keep seeing them at the top of my desk and i have a phobia of bugs so i really don't want to have a huge swarm of ants on bait on my desk or the floor under my desk where i have my feet. is there really no other option? i only started seeing them after i cleaned my room. that being said, the only food in my room is crumbs that my vacuum didn't get. they don't seem like they're going to any specific thing to eat, either. if this continues to proliferate, i genuinely don't know what i'm supposed to do. any advice at all?
