I feel so confused
I have just started consistently going to the gym. Im doing PPL, and going around 4/5 times a week. I have been doing this for a little over a month (I know it’s not long or a lot yet). However I feel as though I get so many conflicting opinions on my workout routine. Do you guys have any suggestions. Im pretty time poor so I like to keep me workouts around an hour long, and when I have availability to do longer I do cardio. I also do a 15 min core burner every day as a study break.
I try to do between 8 - 12 reps and 3 sets for everything. (except bench i do 4). and when I can do 3 sets of 12 for a certain weight, next workout I push the weight up which usually resets me to around 8/9 reps.
