I know the wristbands, if you link your credit card to them, are sort of supposed to work as an all encompassing payment method while inside the festival premises ala Disney Magic Bands.

However I seem to recall last year there were several places where they wouldn't take them. Am I remembering incorrectly? Or are they not as all encompassing for payments inside the Festival they maybe could be or should be? Like beer vendors and a few food vendors didn't accept them?

At Rockville there were several delays like this but they don't have the sound ordinance restrictions like the city of Columbus does...so at Daytona they just play until 2 am if need be. How would a similar delay affect, for instance, BMTH or Tool's sets if storms delayed them like an hour and a half or two hours? Or what if the storm comes when we're only halfway into their sets?

For the guys in here....does everyone try to wear shorts with zipper pockets to protect your phone, money, cards, etc? Or is it okay to just roll with loose pockets? Last year I found a sweat shorts that were camo style that had zipper pockets and they worked great at the festival...but months later the one zipper broke on it and I had to cut my phone out eith scissors. So no more with those and won't buy them again even if still for sale. Having a hard time finding good shorts with zipper pockets front and back. The ones that do are really thin polyester style and they look like swim trunks. LOL Most sweat shorts and regular cargo or camo shorts are either open pocket or just some button pockets on the leg not on the side or back....

I hate carrying around backpacks or those pouches that some people wear on the waste. I try to roll with good pockets and nothing more. The less I am carrying around on my shoulder or waste the better.

Is it smart to register them now vs closer to the festival? Was under the impression that if I waited and something happened last minute leaving us unable to attend then the wristbands can then be sold and the new owner would then be easily able to register them in their own name? But then read somewhere else it's best to register them ASAP as opposed to waiting. What is the benefit of that? Thanks

If you plug in Historic Crew Stadium, it will take you to the stadium entrance. Would imagine that will all be closed off or not possible to get in there. To ensure you get to the right place for the the parking with a 4 day general parking pass...what is the best address or location to plug in to make sure you don't end up in the wrong spot and then have to turn around and lose another 30 minutes sitting in the car? LOL
