230kg/507lbs - 6 reps deadlift
Last rep was shaky and I've tweaked something in my pec/front delt I think but we'll see tomorrow. Don't think it's owt major just a bit of a crunching sound from my shoulder/chest.
Was surprised at the speed of the first rep as I'm usually a slow/grindy deadlifter.
