Hi guys, Ive made the decision and joined my works DB scheme. Ive been contributing to cushion pension and ive got just over £45k in it. Basically dont know what to do with it. I still want to pay into it and im on the fence if I should move it into a SIPP or just leave it. Any suggestions would be brilliant
