I'm asking because it seems like at my store, it's every single day someone is "sick" in some way or another.

I'm wondering if this is normal for other stores or if my employees are just taking advantage of our wellness policy.

It's getting to a point where we are almost always down a person, and I'm considering just removing the staff that call out often with sickness as we need more reliable workers.

It just seems like it rotates different employees every week, so the same person is calling out maybe every two-three weeks at a time. Is this normal?
