I keep seeing the higher-end Mac mini configurations sold out, and I’m genuinely curious: what is everyone doing with these machines?

Is the main use case local LLMs and AI workloads? If so, does that actually generate enough value to justify
buying a top-spec Mac mini? Or are most people using them for something else entirely, like software builds, photo/video work, music production, home labs, servers, or business workflows?

Not trying to be snarky. I’m genuinely interested in what real-world workloads make the higher-end Mac minis worth it.
