how would the elemental symbols be like in a alien world [OC] some concepts I'm working on

this planet is very volatile, always changing, most of the times by surprise, regular floods, earthquakes and hurricanes,

the symbols would vary for each community but those would be some of the most common ones

fire, in this planet there's very few reliable receptacles for fire, there is wood here, plants are abundant but it's humid and resistent, it suffocates any fire that dares to touch it, and even when there is fire strong winds and rain have the habit of invading any closed space without a warning, here the most reliable font of heat is the sun itselfs, it's the only fire the people know will always be there for them, for that reason fire takes it's shape

air, you can't see the air, but you can see the dust, leaves and seeds it takes with it, the strong winds of this world will always have passengers who were ripped by it's power from the ground, common symbols for this element will usually involve the representation of leaves seeds and dirt being afloat

water, here water is abundant but also anxious, it's always moving and running away, cause of the variable nature of this world no source of water is reliable for much time, a giant lake can always have it's water be carried away by a tornado or be completely dryed by a crack on the ground after a earthquake, the only reliable font of clean water in this world is the rain, thanks to the high humidity and warm climate rain is constant and abundant, for that reason the symbol for water commonly takes it's shape

earth, for the people of this world the flora is deeply connected to the earth to the point it makes little sense to separate the two, in this world wherever theres dirt theres seeds on it, plants here evolved to grow at fast pace and to spread it's seeds in the thousands, the most common imagery for this element is the combination of earth, plants and seeds

so you know how dragons shred scales? that's not a reptile thing, when reptiles change their skin they shred it whole, like a pijama, fish don't shred scales but theirs are closer to what we see on the dragons, the dragons have individual scales that overlap each others while reptile's skin is more like a bunch of dry bulges
