Hi.
How do I start connecting ddr to SoC, there is so many connection that I dont know even how to start. Its 6layer, I wanna have high speed tracks on top/bottom layers, i have one signal layer inside stack but it would need much wider tracks to control impedance.
Is there maybe a system to do this?
SoC is allwinner H3, i didnt find reference guide or reference design.
ddr position is similar to consumer product.
I know teory of connection, i just cant connect the dots, after connecting half them i create mess.
