Got lip fillers twice now (27F). Both times I found the place through Instagram - first time an ad, second time just scrolling through accounts looking at photos of people’s work and picking someone whose results I liked.

Worked out fine both times but I am aware that’s not really a research process. The second one also ended up being done at someone’s house which I didn’t expect.

Is there a better way people go about this? Word of mouth seems like the obvious answer but I don’t always bring it up or have friends who can advise.
