Concerta works for me. Now what?
I recently started concerta and it works great. I can read! I can finish thoughts! But! My usual strategies (constantly changing routines to keep it interesting) doesnt work anymore. I feel motivated to start doing the work to make things work, but i have no idea where to start and i feel kund of lost. My biggest problem areas at work were organizing, structuring and prioritizing. At home it was impossible to start doing stuff. Important detail: im a new parent, so my home situation is a bit chaotic and i havent had a full nights sleep for months, so im a bit limited there
