Hi everyone,

I’m new to freelancing and had a quick question about using Upwork while traveling.

Since I switch networks often, I was thinking about using a cloud VPS to get a static IP and consistent access. But I’m not sure if this could cause issues, since platforms like Upwork might flag VPS/datacenter IPs as suspicious.

Is this a smart approach, or could it actually put my account at risk? What do others usually do when working from different locations?
