Which one shall i out in my balkony?

Want to put a small sauna on my balcony. Which one shall i put an infra or a finn sauna? Which one is more healthy? I need a lightweight sauna.

I went to a non contrast mri for my back pain. They found a 12mm said likely haemangioma but the radiologist didnt write it fully confirmed only wrote likely be that.

Did anyone have the same they were told they had haemangioma and did end up having cancer or anything else?

Im a bit concerned coz had back pain for over 2 months and my mum has metastasis on her spine from breast cancer.
