- No easy way to see your payment history
- Can't run a simple report to show which invoices where paid for a certain payment
- Downloading invoices and invoice reports into Excel is buggy as heck
- Once numbers are downloaded into Excel, they don't format correctly (this may or may not be FedEx's fault, but it's still annoying)
Am I the only one who has experienced these frustrations? This is really embarassing.
Work in corporate reporting/ accounting for a large manufacturer and FedEx is one of our shippers.
