I don't really understand all of these eligibility requirements so if anyone could provide insight to eligibility I would appreciate it.

grandfather

• born in 1903 in Germany
• emigrated in 1917 to USA
• married in 1945 to American
• naturalized in- not sure which year but became US citizen

father

born in 1947 in USA to my grandfather from Germany

married in 1974

mother

• born in 1954 in USA
• married in 1974

self

• born in 1978 in USA
