A little bit out of season as I was kicked out of the subreddit for a while (I’m from the UK, this subreddit is 18+ and i only just thought to put my ID into the app) but here is a clover club riff i did this past Christmas!

Specs may be a bit shaky but i’ll try my best

40ml Salcombe Rose - this is a very pale pink gin for those overseas
20ml Briottet Fig Liqueur
25ml Lime Juice
12.5ml Orgeat
20ml Raspberry Puree
25ml Egg white
