I'm at the end of my rope with this condition. Forget discomfort, it's like I can't breathe, I can't function, I can't even think fully straight or move around without feeling intensely out of breath everytime I so much as drink water too fast.

I can't so this any more. Title is the question. I can't take it anymore.
