I learned how to do my makeup in 2022, but I'm still learning. I only do my makeup when I go out and for some reason, my makeup looks super dry and ends up seeping into my pores by the end of the night.

I've used the green e.l.f power grip primer for the last 4 years and now my friend just suggested I use the NYX Plump Right Back primer -- which I've used twice, but I'm still having the same issue of my pores showing after a few hours.

I'd say my skin is mostly dry. I've washed my face with CeraVe, but recently switched to La Roche Posay cleanser. I used to use the CeraVe moisturizer, but I've found that Lubriderm moisturizer keeps my skin moisturized all day.

I honestly don't know what else to do. I just don't want my makeup to keep looking dry and I want to prevent my makeup from seeping into my pores.

I'm open to any and all suggestions or types of advice, thank you!!! <3
