How long should it take for AC to be fixed? My roommates and I submitted service requests and twice they came in, “fixed it” then the AC broke 2 hours later again. Another 2 times they said emergency maintenance would be by and we spent the weekend without AC. My friend said we should have been given a temp unit until it was fixed and after 7 days with written notice if the problem is not fixed we can take action. Our unit was at 85 during the night.
