Curious if any of you have suggestions on my platty. Gas mileage is off by 100 miles from peak, and it’s smelling bad. Check engine light came on after accelerating hard, engine feels super weak and if I push it I feel like the engine light pops on. Other than that, the car is perfect and has all I need. I just spent like $1300 on new rear stabilizers (I think) and this issue occurred after leaving the ford dealer. In hindsight they (cats) haven’t been good since 90k miles… I had a guy work with following me one time who said that when I accelerated hard, I had a gigantic black cloud of smoke come out of the back of the car. I took it to Ford afterwards, and they checked it out and saw nothing. I was still under warranty at the time. Sorry to ramble. TIA
