So I ran cyberpunk and noticed a huge dip in performance because last time it was able to run at 115-120 on 4k with some tweaked settings, but now I'm locked exactly at 60 fps no matter what resolution I play in, how low the settings are, or how unlimited the frame rate is. My monitor is already at its highest refresh rate and all of my amd settings are either stock or off, no and chill or enhanced sync on.
Anyone else having this issue on PC?
