Disconnecting and connecting did not work
Closing the game and opening did not work
Wouldn't verify the integrity of the files in the middle of a match cus that sh takes 10-20 minutes for me
Didn't verify the files but after that it never happened again

Don't know what happened, but that was not cool

I won tho

EDIT: Controlling the hero was normal, the skill had nothing when i hovered over it, and i could play normally, i couldn't cast any skills tho
