How do I cycle with rolling hills
I'm training for at least 110km per session at the end of the summer, but what pisses me off the most is those 10 steep, roller-coaster hills that connect, and I can't let my HR go down to 130. I could comfortably go up 2-3 hills, but after 5, I feel like bonking and giving up. Any suggestions?
