A class orange and silver exotic / royal multi tool. Euclid galaxy yellow system.
If memory serves, the planet in the system this multi tool is on is called Tiverale Tau. Planetary co-ordinates in second picture. Glyphs in the third picture. As you can see in the third picture, I left a com ball next to the sentinel pillar, which may aid in locating it.
After taking the screenshot with the glyphs on and transferring it to my PC, I realised that the 3rd from last glyph might be hard to pick out. It's the eclipse glyph or whatever you call the circular glyph number 5.
